Wonderful and nice little hotel with a downstairs bar, everything was great. Favourable location, walking distance from Glad Quad. And adjacent to transport to other ski slopes and mountains and the centre.

Extremely spacious and huge rooms.
Awesome breakfast, fairly clean hotel, marvellous and brilliant location to bus terminal for other resorts. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a writing table. Excellent services, the free parking was available on-site. Everything great. Location so close to nearer to restaurants and other mountains and Hakuba in mid-January 2013.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a writing table in the room. Favourable location to the various ski resorts and amicable stuff. Also - so close to the mountains, the bus terminal and the Nakiyama slopes of Happo-One, and Happo One slope.

Truly enjoyed Hakuba, the hotel was wonderful and fantastic also close to the Happo One bus terminal. Great-sized room, besides I had a magnificent view of the mountains. It was in an incredible location with Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort nearby.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with great view as well as a queen-seized bed and it was available. The staff was amazingly kind, affable, and everything was great.
