I thought i was checkin into a luxury getaway, but the breakfast was always the same and, shockingly, the staff wouldn't even arrange the shuttle bus for me. The cleaners "forgot" to make up my room on some days as well. I mean, i almost thought about giving a glowing review, but that just couldn't happen.

Enjoyed very good breakfasts.
The room itself was big size and fairly quiet and with great view, a queen-seized bed, as example...

Overall had very good stay on my nxt vacation. Impeccably clean units with great view, a queen-seized bed, as example, and the staff were decent! The location seemed easy to the various ski resorts. The downstairs bar was stylish, greatly enjoyed this place.

Here's the real story
I was really surprised by the great atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a day on the slopes. The onsen area was clean and enjoyable after skiing. Plus, the taproom had a fantastic beer selection and delicious food. A wonderful place I would definitely revisit!

Extremely spacious and huge rooms.
Awesome breakfast, fairly clean hotel, marvellous and brilliant location to bus terminal for other resorts. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a fridge, coffee/tea making machines and a writing table. Excellent services, the free parking was available on-site. Everything great. Location so close to nearer to restaurants and other mountains and Hakuba in mid-January 2013.

The Panorama Hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip to Hakuba. Loved the spacious family room and the beautiful breakfast view. The staff were incredibly helpful, though the uphill walks to the slopes were a bit challenging with our gear. The onsite onsen and tasty burgers were perfect after a long day.

Rooms were clean and the little onsen was amazing. Bring your own towels for the onsen just in case.
